*A Note About Private Career Coaching

I welcome your Career Counseling inquiries. However, (I do hope you will understand), I am becoming quite overwhelmed with the sheer volume of calls I’m receiving. Some have arrived before 7:30 A.M., others after 10 P.M., and many throughout the weekend.

So should you wish to discuss your personal career objectives, please use the form above and provide me with the following information:

• Your resume
• A very short paragraph describing your current situation

We will set up a mutually-convenient time to talk after these preliminary steps have been completed.

The fee for a private consultation is $75.00 for 30 minutes, payable in advance either through PayPal or by personal check.

I am also planning to conduct a series of one hour teleforums covering specific segments of the hospitality industry. The teleforums will be scheduled for 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

The fee for each teleforum is $25.00. Each teleforum will be open to anyone who calls in, however special arrangements will be made for students enrolled in professional culinary schools. The schedule is as follows:
